Our advice service

New Europeans UK offers free legal advice and support on the EU Settlement Scheme to vulnerable individuals from the EU, EEA and Switzerland, and their family members whose rights are protected under the Withdrawal Agreement.

We deliver this support in partnership with voluntary and community organisations to ensure it is fair, accessible and rooted in local communities.

We work closely with our partners in London and Leicester to build the capacity of staff and volunteers, co-create appropriate resources in community languages, and run community-based advice and information sessions.

By developing a sustainable network of partners, we support vulnerable EU citizens to secure and exercise their rights to live, work and settle in the UK. We publish and regularly update clear, practical resources on the EU Settlement Scheme. Visit our Resource hub to find out more.

How to access our service

If you need support, please email help@neweuropeans.uk

Include as much information as possible, including your nationality, your current status, when you moved to the UK, in which city you are based, and how you found out about our service.

If you are an organisation helping others with their EUSS application, you can refer a case to us by filling out this referral form.

We also support local residents through tailored EUSS support, delivered via face-to-face sessions across different locations in London and Leicester. See below for further details.

Note: We can only advise on the EU Settlement Scheme. We cannot help with queries regarding British citizenship and other visas, including those under Appendix FM or work and study visas.
