Our work in Leicester

We offer legal advice and support on EUSS to particularly vulnerable communities.

We also work in partnership with voluntary and community organisations to ensure there is support on the EU Settlement Scheme out in communities.

We work alongside our partners, developing the capacity of staff and volunteers, co-creating appropriate resources in community languages, and running community sessions.

By creating a sustainable network of partners we’re supporting EU citizens to protect and exercise their rights to live, work and settle in the UK.

EU/EEA citizens in Leicester who have applied for EUSS comprise almost one-third of the population, one of the largest groups in the UK outside London.

The highest applications are from Portuguese, Polish, Italian, and Romanian. We are working with partners to specifically support the Somali community, Romanians and Roma.

We are funded by Justice Together to work in Leicester.
