Your rights with Settled or Pre-Settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme.
In collaboration with the Brexit Civil Society Alliance and funded by the Transitional Advice Fund, New Europeans UK have developed a pocket sized “Know Your Rights” card to highlight what EU citizens’ rights are, if they’ve applied and been granted status under the EU Settlement Scheme.
In addition to the physical card we launched a dedicated web page with information available in 10 languages (Albanian, Bulgarian, English, French, Italian, Polish, Romanes, Romanian, Somali and Spanish).
Please complete the request form below if your organisation would like some “Know Your Rights” cards to give to beneficiaries. There will be no charge for the cards and postage. You can also download and print your own cards at home.
More than 4.9 million applications have been made to the EU Settlement Scheme with more than 4.3 million grants of status according to the latest published statistics by the Home Office. This means that there are over 4 million EU citizens currently living in the UK that are coming to grips with their new immigration status after Brexit.
